Shephards Bullace Is A Traditional English Variety. Produces A Heavy Crop Of Large Yellow Bullace, Round To Oblong Fruits. Golden Yellow Flesh, Often A Little Astringent And Not Very Sweet, Sharp In Flavour. The Fruits Are Best Left On The Tree For As Long As Possible. Good For Cooking Into Pies, Puddings And Gin!
